Meticulously curated for a family of five in the posh locality of south Kolkata, amidst the bustling neighbourhood, the home exudes an atmosphere of contemplative elegance and grandeur sculpted by the studio.
The key focus for this 18,000-square-foot house was ensuring the house gets ample natural light and ventilation, and most importantly, ensuring privacy of the family from the neighbourhood.
By weaving spaces inwardly with an extremely introvert planning, we have created an environment that resonates with the family’s introvert lifestyle while promoting a deep visual and spatial connection within the home. The aim was to achieve a balanced blend of minimalism and modernity with an intervention of Indian aesthetic elements.
The design language for the interiors stands as a testament to the blend of contemporary design and Indian aesthetics.
