A commercial building designed as a multi-tenanted office building with retail on the lower floors. Maximising terraces with individual offices was the brief for this project. The same has been wisely incorporated in the design to create an iconic structure with receding terraces which on one hand give the individual offices a beautiful landscaped space to unwind as well as gives the building enough visibility which otherwise would not have been possible considering the narrow width of the land.
