The interiors of the Bandhan Bank Head Office was designed as a large modern open work environment. The exposed ceiling is offset by colourful graphic walls that invoke and inspire creativity and productivity. The central spine acts as the public zone while workstations are near the periphery. It is spread over 3 floors, the 12th, 13th and 14th of Adventz Infinity, Salt Lake Sector 5, Kolkata. The 12th and 13th floors consist of mainly work stations and meeting rooms while the 14th houses the executive functions. Each floor is colour coded and those colours are incorporated in the main corridor floor tiles, workstation table legs, and door frames; 12th, 13th and 14th floors being blue, red and grey respectively.
